Amrita Wellbeing is a consulting and education brand focused on helping individuals and organisations learn about natural ways of maintaining and enhancing one's health, longevity and overall wellbeing. All programs are developed by a holistic doctor, yoga therapist, aroma therapist, Master in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine and Nutrition Therapy, Dr. Liana Nenacheva (M.D., S.D.) with more than 30+ years of experience in preventative holistic medicine.
We believe that sharing ancient knowledge about natural healing remedies and techniques, healthy nutrition and movement, enriched with the latest tools and research data, with companies, communities and individuals is the best way to awaken the true potential of humanity, guarantee prosperity and wellbeing for each nation, and build a better, healthier and happier future for the generations to come.
